The Sparrow Medical Transport family of companies is built on a single guiding principle: exceptional care for our guests. We exist to provide safe, compassionate, and dependable transportation while treating every guest with the care and respect they deserve. As part of this organization, we believe that customer care is not just a priority, it is our foundation. Revenue and profit are necessary to keep our business healthy, but they follow naturally when we focus on serving our guests exceptionally well.

The name Sparrow is rooted in Matthew 10:29-31, which speaks to the awesome worth God places on each of us. This message is at the heart of our organization and reflects our commitment to treating every guest with respect, compassion, and genuine care.

10% of all Sparrow profits are split between JAARS, a missionary aviation support ministry, and ShowHope, an adoption support ministry.

Professional Team Members

Exceptional guest care starts with exceptional people. Our team members are selected not only for their kindness and dedication, but also for their professionalism and commitment to excellence. Before joining the Sparrow team, every driver completes the following requirements:

  • Comprehensive multi-level state and federal criminal history screenings.

  • CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and AED certifications are renewed every two years.

  • Documented education in HIPPA, ADA compliance, patient sensitivity, and hand-to-hand service protocols for mobility-impaired patients.

  • Formal driver safety and defensive driving course completion every three years.

  • Precautions and methods necessary for proper transfer and transport of bariatric patients.

Driven to Care

Our fleet delivers timeliness, comfort, and unparalleled safety—no excuses. We will be on time to pick you up and drop you off, and we will do so safely.

ADA certifications are in place for all vehicles. Each one has been outfitted to carry either stretchers or wheelchairs. All vehicles have proper commercial registration, state-mandated commercial liability insurance, and regular safety inspections.
